Dr. Swasti Singh is Senior Gynecologist and Obstetrician and Former President of IMA & FOGSI (Azamgarh) .  She is a workaholic and devoted herself completely for quality health care and has a special interest in high risk pregnancy , bad obstetric history cases , infertility foetal medicine as well as in adolescent and menopausal problems.

Her biggest influence in life has been her father and she has inherited the humane part and values from him and is grateful to be the D/o Late Markandeya Singhji. She becomes nostalgic remembering of 2/ D Minto Road ( Allahabad ) where Mahadevi Verma , Dushyant , Doodhnath Singh , Kamleshwar , Nagarjuna, Hazari Prasad Diwedi ,to name a few would visit often during The Golden Era of Hindi Literature and being a child , she could not realize the previlege of being in their company. Her father came to Allahabad as a student and spent his whole life here only and devoted himself to Hindi literature. Her father was equally liked by the leaders of that time. His first book ‘ Paanful’ got published in 1954 at the age of 24 only. He was the Man who taught Swasti to be strong and compassionate.
