She is born in 1968 in Patna. Basically, She is belongs to Gopalganj and her Father Mr. D.N.Prasad Served as a chief Engineer in Bihar Government. Her Mother is Homemaker. Her education was started in Patna. She passed matric in year 1983 and completed +2 in 1987 Her Journey in the field of medical sciences started with admission in M.B.B.S (S.K.M.C) MUZAFFARPUR and completed PG from P.M.C.H PATNA in year 2001. She did Hospital Management in 2006 and after that she completed Ultrasonology from I.F.U.M.B IN 2008. She further started working the field of medical sciences. She got married to Dr. Praveen Kumar Sinha who is also doctor by profession and has completed M.B.B.S from Gaya Medical College in 1989 and then completed M.S from B.J.M.C in 1994 and M.CH completed in 1997 Since then he earned name in whole Bihar in the field of Urogenital surgery and excellence in Laparoscopic Surgery. Dr Rashmi Prasad and Dr Praveen Kumar Sinha are Blessed with a gem like daughter whose name is Ananya Ratna Preya. She is beautiful, gentle and energetic and pursuing M.B.B.S from I.G.I.M.S Patna.
